Thank you so much to all of you who participated in the detox competition and for purchasing my e-book Eat Yourself Healthy In 28 Days! I hope you have been enjoying eating yourself healthy and are feeling all the better for it! For those of you who are yet to start….. what’s keeping you?! Remember you can start off as slow or as committed as you feel up to, as we are all different when it comes to the way we approach change. So rather than put off starting because you feel it’s all too hard, begin with at least one of the changes I recommend in my e-book and progress from there. I recently wrote a post about how putting off your health ’til tomorrow, will only make it more difficult in the long run. You can read it here

Remember, as you start to feel healthier, your body will begin to crave the right foods as many of you who joined me on my detox program discovered!
