CAN I DO THE PROGRAM WHILE PREGNANT OR BREASTFEEDING?
Sure can, all of the recipes and meal plans are nutritionally balanced to provide all the essential macro nutrients you need on pregnancy. The only exception is I recommend you include red meat and chicken during the 2 week 'cleanse and alkalise stage'.
DO I NEED TO OWN A JUICER TO UNDERTAKE THE PROGRAM?
Whilst investing in a juicer will be a worthwhile step towards achieving and maintaining optimal health and wellbeing for life, you can use a blender or nutri bullet instead. Alternatively you can visit your local health food store and buy a fresh organic juice. Just be sure to ask them to make it according to the recipe recommended in my e-book or Love Your Gut.
HOW LONG UNTIL I WOULD EXPECT TO SEE RESULTS ON THE PROGRAM?
You'll see results within the first week of implementing the eating program and these will continue to progress for as long as you maintain it. Remember the EYH program is not designed as a 'diet' but rather a way of eating for life. Depending on your level of health entering into the program, will determine how long it will take you to reach your health goals. Remember many factors influence your health, including your lifestyle, stress levels, sleep, work hours, and of course your compliance to the eating program. The program does not address specific nutrient deficiencies so these will need to be assessed through a personal consultation if desired. prescribed to you.

Sure is! The program recommends gluten and dairy free and low sugar recipes and meal plans and also supports grain free options
DOES THE PROGRAM REQUIRE LOTS OF COOKING?
If drive thru Macca’s or Chinese takeaway has been your idea of a home cooked meal, then no doubt there'll be making an adjustment as learning to prepare nutritious and delicious meals for you and your family is one of the most important life skills you can have for your health! But no need to stress, because I have designed my recipes to be super quick and easy for busy, time poor people, with no prior cooking experience required and many of them can be doubled or tripled to store in the fridge or freezer for the next day or two. With any luck you may even enjoy your new found inner master chef!
CAN I EAT OUT ON THE PROGRAM?
Sure can, as long as you choose a restaurant or cafe that offers food recommended on the program, which is pretty easy nowadays with all the gluten free options.

IS THE 6WK PROGRAM SUITABLE IF I HAVE FOOD SENSITIVITIES OR ALLERGIES?
My nutritional philosophies are based on eliminating the most common 8 foods and beverages that people tend to experience an intolerance or sensitivity to. The aim of avoiding these foods is to significantly reduce underlying chronic inflammation caused by food sensitivities or intolerances. Avoiding these specific foods for a period of time, will help to to regulate your immune responses and eliminate any symptoms associated with food sensitivities or intolerances.
Because my program also teaches you how to repair your gut - a critical step in healing your health - this will help to reduce your overall sensitivity to specific foods over time. Of course if there are any additional foods you know you have a sensitivity or allergy to, you should continue to eliminate these from your diet as well.
DO I NEED TO CUT OUT ALCOHOL AND COFFEE?
Coffee and alcohol are two of the most common substances that cause problems with our health, for the simple reason that they place excess stress on our liver and adrenal glands. The Eat Yourself Healthy Program is designed for anyone and everyone who wants to get healthy and stay that way for life.
I am not about fad diets and advise against cooking separate meals for you and your family, because everyone should learn about how to eat healthy food - it's also one of the best gifts you can give your children.
If you want to adjust certain meals, say you have a vegetarian in your family and everyone else eats meat, all of the recipes are easy to adjust to suit different needs, but this program is not about deprivation or eating like a rabbit!
During the two week cleanse stage where I recommend you avoid animal protein, you can easily add a serve of animal protein for the kids or your partner if necessary.
