Your Rights to Return a Product and Refunds
No refunds are offered if you have changed your mind about the product, make an incorrect choice, or failed to verify and accurately provide information when placing an order, unless otherwise approved by a Customer Service Manager at www.sallyjoseph.com. It is against TGA laws to provide a refund on a product simply because you change your mind due to government health regulations relating to safety and hygiene regulations and safe.
Opened goods will under no circumstances be refunded.
If an approval for a refund is authorised or your goods fail to be delivered in an appropriate time then a refund will be given by a cheque or direct bank deposit sent to the address provided on your profile details and will not include any postage and handling charges incurred for the original purchase of the product, or any charges incurred by you to send the unopened original product back to us.
For your security, please return your product with an insured courier and retain your receipt. or sally Joseph personally are not responsible for products damaged or lost in transit.
Should a refund be approved you will receive a cheque for the cost of the product only.

ORDERING AND DISPATCH
Orders can be placed at any time of day or night via however orders can only be processed for dispatch between 8:30am and 2:00pm Monday to Friday AEST. Every attempt will be made to dispatch orders received prior to 2:00pm AEST, on the same day. Orders received after 2:00pm will be dispatched the following business day, except for refrigerated goods. Orders are sent via courier except in the case of orders for Western Australia, where Australia post express post services are employed. cannot be responsible for the delivery of orders sent through Australia post. Courier delivered orders should take between 2- 5 days to receive within Metro Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne, Allow up to 7 days for orders to regional areas and Perth, Adelaide, Darwin and Hobart.
All orders placed through this site, with the exception of consultation services, will incur a freight charge of $9.90 for goods to be delivered within Australia only. All product orders to be dispatched overseas will incur an *addition freight charge.
*A quote for the additional freight charge will be provided once your order has been placed for authorisation by the customer, before the order will be processed for dispatch. Upon payment of the *Additional freight for overseas delivery, your goods will be dispatched.

Freight charges on ‘mixed orders’
Additional freight of $9.90 will be charged in addition to the standard freight charge of $9.90 on ‘mixed orders’. Mixed orders are defined as any orders containing a combination of Bioceuticals products in addition to the following products:

DISPATCH OF REFRIGERATED GOODS
To ensure we deliver a superior product, supplements requiring refrigeration will be dispatched on different days of the week to avoid any possible delays. Probiotic ruling – we have taken every measure in transportation to ensure all probiotics are couriered in refrigerated conditions. To receive your pro-biotics in a refrigerator pack, a minimum of 3 bottles of Ultra Biotic must be ordered.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Should any item be out of stock, will place the item on backorder with notification provided to the customer and an estimated delivery date of the back ordered goods. will then contact the customer as soon as the item becomes available to ensure that the delivery address is still valid. Whilst all efforts will be made to contact you, if we do not hear back to confirm your delivery address the goods will be held until such time that you inform us of the correct address. Please understand that this is to prevent any deliveries going astray.
Delivery of your products
Orders received after 2:00pm, Monday to Friday, will be dispatched the following business day, except for refrigerated goods – these will be dispatched only between Monday to Wednesday to ensure the bioavailability of the pro-biotics. Orders should take between 2- 5 days to receive within Metro Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne, Allow up to 7 days for orders to regional areas and Perth, Adelaide, Darwin and Hobart, unless otherwise stated on our website. International delivery can take up to 30 days, depending on the individual customs laws of the country of delivery. Average international delivery time is approximately 7 days, using international couriers.

We use a number of national courier companies and Australia Post (for remote country areas & P.O boxes) for our delivery service. On rare occasions, despite their best efforts, a parcel may be delayed in the delivery process which is out of the control of DETOXNOW. We will always endeavor to work with our delivery partners and you to ensure prompt arrival of your product within the stated delivery time on the website, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your products to the address indicated on your Order Confirmation. If no-one is available to take delivery of your products or our courier is unable to access your unit or property, our courier will leave a card so you can arrange for a second delivery or an alternative delivery address. A redelivery fee may apply. Due to security reasons, we are unable to leave an order at your door without your written authority. If you need the order to be left at the door, when placing your order, on the checkout page, you must leave a comment providing your written authority for the order to be left at the door if no one will be available to sign for it.
We will use our reasonable efforts to deliver your products to you within the estimated delivery time indicated on your Order Confirmation; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame due to circumstances that may arise that are out of our control.
While we make every effort to ensure prompt and timely delivery, no responsibility can be accepted for late deliveries due to circumstances outside our control. Please note that once an item has left our premises, we no longer have control over it and are not responsible for it. Title and risk of loss to all products will pass to you upon delivery to the courier. However, we guarantee to do our utmost to track the parcel and report the anticipated delivery time and date back to the customer.
All deliveries organised by on behalf of the customer are delivered to kerb side or street level only, unless previously arranged with www.sallyjoseph.com. If is not previously told of any stairs or other access issues preventing a smooth delivery, the transportation courier has the right to refuse delivery upon arrival, as they will not be sufficiently equipped to deliver on site. This is the responsibility of the purchaser to correctly notify with all delivery access and information at the time of placing the order in the delivery notes section. If a second attempt at delivery is required then a further charge may occur, the customer will be liable to pay all extra charges as they have misinformed prior to the delivery occurrence.
If you have supplied a work address as the specified delivery address, we advise you to include your company/ business name, building name as well as the level/ suite number of your nominated address . This is to ensure and assist with timely delivery of your product.
