Sorry no refunds or returns can be provided once your order has shipped if you change your mind, due to TGA health regulations, we are unable to accept returns on nutritonal supplements for health and safety reasons. 

Please note all orders are sent via our designated courier company and require a full street address for delivery. In the instance you live outside the  courier service area, your order will be sent via Australia Post.  We may require additional postage to cover the higher cost of freight for orders sent via Australia post.  Please up to 5 business days for orders sent to regional areas.

 

Orders containing probiotics will be dispatched between Monday- Wednesday with an ice pack, to minimise time out of the refridgerator, however please note that the probiotics are manufactured with a higher CFU count than advertsied on the label, to account for some loss during shipping, so the quality of your product will not be compromised. We cannot take any responsibility for the transit time once your order has been dispatched.
